Questions

How does a parishioner link their account to the parish record?

The office gives them an 8-character claim code from App access codes. Entering it links their sacraments, giving and family to their account.

Can the diocese read our list of parishioners?

No. The diocese sees counts. It finds one person only through the logged record search, or reads a parish's people during a visitation.

Can people join the parish online?

Yes. People who sign up online wait in Online sign-ups until the office approves them and adds them to a household.
