Do text messages cost extra?
Yes. Texts go once a provider is connected, and you pay your SMS provider for each message. Notices in the app and by email are part of every plan.
What if a parent has no email address?
It still reaches them in the app. Before sending, you see how many it cannot reach. Afterwards you see the children whose families were not reached.
What is an urgent broadcast?
For an emergency, it reaches everyone in the diocese on every channel and ignores quiet hours. Only one can be sent every 24 hours.
