Questions
Who can read my pastoral notes?
Only you. The notes are locked with a key that comes from your password, and we keep no key to them. The case title and the person's name are not locked, so keep the title plain.
Where does a safeguarding report go?
To the diocese's safeguarding officer or the bishop's office. Where no diocese can receive it on EcclesiaOne yet, the EcclesiaOne safeguarding team does.
What happens when a clearance lapses?
Clearances are off until the diocese turns them on. Then a lapsed clearance suspends that person's work with children until it is renewed.
