When a parishioner joins EcclesiaOne, they get an account. A claim code links that account to the record your parish already keeps of them, so their sacraments, giving and family show on their account. Parishioners enter it as Finding and claiming your parish describes.

Give a code

  1. Open App access codes.
  2. In Issue a new code, choose the Parishioner from your records.
  3. Press Issue claim code.
  4. Read the code out to the parishioner once it appears.

Keep track

The page shows Active codes (given, not used yet), Used (parishioners who linked their account) and Revoked (cancelled before use). You can revoke a code you no longer want.

If the parishioner's email is wrong

Fix the email on their record first. Then the link or the code will work. See Finding and claiming your parish.
