Pay for a plan

  1. Open Plan and billing and choose a plan under Your plan.
  2. Under Your details, give the Billing email. Receipts and reminders go there, so use an address someone reads.
  3. Got a Coupon code or a Referral code? Add it. Both are optional.
  4. Press Continue to payment.

You pay on Paystack's secure page, then come back to EcclesiaOne. You type your card details on their page, never on ours. If the plan doesn't switch on straight away, the page says the payment is being confirmed. That usually takes a minute.

Invoices and receipts

Invoices lists every invoice, newest first. The PDF link is an invoice while it's open and a receipt once it's paid. See all invoices shows the full list.

Open Bill to to add your organisation's name, address and tax number. They're printed on every invoice and receipt you download after that.

Paystack also emails a receipt to the cardholder.

Who can see billing

Under Who else can see billing, you can let a treasurer or bursar see the plan, the card's last four digits and the invoices. They can't change anything unless you also let them replace the card or buy add-ons. You can only add people who already hold a role with you.

Change your plan or your card

A dearer plan is charged when you confirm. A move to a cheaper plan waits for your next renewal. Nothing is charged or refunded, and you can undo it until then.

To replace the card, use Payment card. Paystack checks the new card with a small charge and refunds it at once.

Cancel

Under Ending the subscription, open Cancel the subscription and tick the box to confirm. You keep full access until the paid period ends. After that the account is read-only for 30 days, so you can still sign in, look at your records and export them. Nothing is deleted unless you ask.

Changed your mind? Keep my subscription undoes the cancellation any time before the period ends.

Refunds

When you cancel a Pro top-up or the console assistant, the unused part of your last payment goes back to your card by itself. For any other refund, use Talk to us on the billing page, or write to support from the Help page, with the date and amount of the payment. An agreed refund goes back through Paystack to the card that paid. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

Paid, but the plan hasn't switched on

Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. Paystack resends confirmations on its own. If nothing changes, write to support with the Paystack reference from your receipt or bank statement, and we'll sort it out.

If your account pays by licence, its payments and invoices are on the licence card instead of this page.
