Is it a sin to miss Mass because the road floods?
The road to our street floods badly in the rains. Some Sundays we cannot get out at all.

No. The Sunday obligation never asks the impossible. When you truly cannot get to Mass, keep the day holy at home: read the Sunday readings together, pray the rosary, and make an act of spiritual communion.
If the flooding happens often, tell the parish office. We may be able to arrange a Mass nearer to you in the rainy months.
