Jesus tells us to pray always and not lose heart. The widow in the story does not have power or money. She has persistence.

Prayer is not a way of getting God to change his mind. It is a way of letting him change ours. When we keep coming back, even on the days we feel nothing, we are being shaped.

This week, pick one fixed time to pray and keep it, however short.
